ORDER
 
  1. Whereas the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi revised minimum rates of wages in Scheduled Employments covered under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 in the National Capital Territory of Delhi vide Notification No.F.12 (1 to 29)/92/MW/Lab. dated 15th February, 1994.
  2. And whereas, in the above mentioned notification, it was stipulated that the Dearness Allowance will be payable @ Re.1.00 per point rise or fall in the Consumer Price Index Numbers on the basis six monthly average index numbers of January to June and July to December.
  3. And whereas, now, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, after adjustment of the average Consumer Price Index Number for the period from July, 2007 to December, 2007, hereby declares the following Dearness Allowance, which shall be payable over and above the existing minimum rates of wages (including Dearness Allowance installments announced till date) fixed by the Order No. F.12 (142)/02/MW/Lab./1016/ dated 11.09.2007 for all the categories w.e.f. 1st February, 2008.

4. After this Dearness Allowance the minimum rates of wages applicable in the National Capital Territory of Delhi are as under:
